We have been spending our summers in Islamorada for over 10 years and have previously made lackadaisical attempts at a purchase. While under a Tropical Storm Watch with the outer bands of Gustav approaching the Lower Keys we finally decided the time was right for us and scheduled appointments with Lisa Frins.

After a number of years renting a home in Venetian Shores through Freewheeler Vacation Rentals, we decided to look more closely at buying a home in Islamorada. We listed our home with Lisa Frins after we had tried to sell it on our own. We asked her to meet us at our home and we're impressed with her knowledge of the properties in our area along with her truthful and honest assessment of the market and our home. I have considered Jude Lindback "my" realtor over the last 20 years when she has assisted me in
several residential and rental sales and purchases.
Jude is always well informed on the latest local realty information and is more than willing
to share this knowledge at any time. On one occasion I called her to list a home and
she had a buyer the next day.
I would not consider using any other realtor in the Keys.
